PHOTO GALLERY: Don Broco take over the Masquerade in Atlanta
UK rockers Don Broco took over Heaven at The Masquerade with some help of sace6 and Dropout Kings. It’s been a few years since Don Broco played the iconic Atlanta venue and it was evident the crowd missed them.
The night started with sace6. The duo, known for mixing pop and alternative music and making it their own played, a mix of old and new songs. They defeinitly made an impression on the crowd and left them wanting more and with an anticipation for what will come next for the group.
The next act was Dropout Kings. For those who had never seen the group, their iconic “trap metal” sound definitely caught their attention. They made sure to show Atlanta exactly who they are and what they bring to the table.
The night ended with the headlining act, Don Broco. As someone who has been privileged enough to see the group 13 times since 2017 and was also at the groups last Atlanta show, I can confidently say that Don Broco and Atlanta have a bond that can’t be broken, The second the lights went off the crowd went crazy. From older songs like Pretty and Come Out to LA to the latest releases like Cellophane, the crowd were singing every word and kept the energy up throughout the whole set. It’s clear that Atlanta loves Don Broco and Don Broco loves Atlanta.
Don Broco still have a few dates left on their headlining tour. You can find tickets here.
